How decisions get made
Every meaningful decision goes through a research process: minimum 3 working examples, minimum 3 failing examples, pros/cons matrix, and a Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve framework with pivot triggers. Anti-pattern we explicitly avoid: agreeing with the first positive sign we see.
The full reasoning, sources, and citations for each decision are documented internally. This page is the public index of major committed decisions. For methodology, see /research.
