Transparency
Transparency
Most travel sites hide what they earn, how they rank results, and what they decide to build. We do the opposite. The pages here are everything we publish openly so you can verify what we say.
The manifesto is "give money back to people, make corporations pay." Transparency is how we operationalize that. It's also how we differentiate from every booking platform that buries this stuff in fine print.

Every booking partner we work with, what we earn, and how it affects what you see. Updated as relationships change.
Your data
Privacy policy
What we collect, why, who we share it with, your rights. Plain language. No legal jargon.
Rules of the road
Terms of service
Who's responsible for what when you book through us. The hotel infrastructure partner is the merchant of record. We disclose all the relevant disclaimers.
Who's behind this
Founder
About Nick Flournoy, why he's building this, and how to reach him.
What we don't do
Equally important. The manifesto is reinforced by what we deliberately avoid:
- No fake scarcity. No "only 2 left at this price," no countdown timers without real expiration.
- No commission-based ranking. Results sort by user value, not by what we earn.
- No sponsored placements disguised as editorial. If a result is paid, it's labeled.
- No selling user data. Email lists go to us only.
- No skiplagging or hidden-city ticketing. Voids your ticket, can lose your bags, can penalize your frequent-flyer account.
- No dark patterns. Cancellation is one click. No "Are you sure?" interruption modals. No "Your data is at risk if you leave!" guilt prompts.
If something looks wrong
Email hello@weeklyescapes.com. If you spot a result that looks like it's ranked unfairly, a price comparison that looks misleading, or a disclosure that's wrong, please tell us. We'd rather hear it from you than lose your trust silently.
